How the plans are counted

Every plan includes every feature. Plans differ only in capacity: how many AI conversations the assistant has a month, and how many phone numbers you get.

No per-minute charges. Minutes are free, and so are unanswered calls and voicemails.

What an answered call costs.

Every conversation the assistant has with a person counts as one AI conversation — whether it books, answers a question, or is just a chat — even if the same person calls again. Unanswered calls, voicemails, short hang-ups and spam are free. Never per minute.

A call ends politely at ten minutes.

Not a phone system. The number you get from FirstFiveMin — or the shared FirstFiveMin number you start on — is a lead line, not a phone. Leads call and text it; the assistant answers, and it rings your own phone first when you want it to. You cannot dial out or type a text from it, and there is no inbox. Your phone, your carrier and your existing numbers stay exactly as they are — forward them here if you like, and take your FirstFiveMin number with you if you ever leave.

Connections run through other companies' services. Their plans, settings and changes are outside our control, and if they change something on their side, a connection can stop until it is reconnected.

Google may show a warning screen while it reviews our app. Microsoft work or school accounts may need approval from your organization's IT administrator.

What happens if I go past my plan's AI conversations?

The AI pauses on NEW leads and we alert you at 80%. Your team alerts and claim windows keep working, and conversations the AI already started continue. Overage is strictly opt-in — it only bills if you turn it on.

What happens if a payment fails?

Stripe retries automatically over several days and we let you know. Your AI keeps answering through that grace window — it is not switched off on the first failed attempt.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Month-to-month, no contracts. Cancel yourself from the billing page — no calls, no retention scripts — and you keep access through the period you've already paid for.

Is it legal for an AI to call my leads?

Yes, done right. The AI identifies itself, only dials with a recorded consent, honors STOP instantly, and respects quiet hours and state rules — all audited.

State law requires a live operator to obtain consent before an automated device may deliver an artificial-voice message, so FirstFiveMin does not AI-dial there.
