The first contractor back wins the job. Be the first one back.
A storm-season form, a missed call — FirstFiveMin catches the lead on the spot and gives you first claim. Can't get to it? The assistant calls, qualifies the job, and books the estimate.
🔒 The AI always identifies itself. Consent-first. Instant STOP.

Your number on the caller ID. Stop it any time inside the window.
You start right away on a shared FirstFiveMin number. Your own number, in your business's name, takes over once its registration is approved.
Hear it for yourself: call (951) 720-3853. When we can't pick up, our AI assistant answers — and tells you it's an AI.
Between 8am and 8pm your time, the phone rings in under a minute. Outside those hours we don't call — we book it for the next morning and tell you exactly when. Either way, the assistant opens by telling you it's an automated assistant.
On a job? We call your new lead.

How it works
A job lead comes in
Website form, storm-season landing page, or a missed call — FirstFiveMin catches it on the spot.
Your crew goes first
You get an alert with a live countdown. Claim it and call yourself, or tap "I called." The AI only steps in if your window expires.
The AI books the estimate
Repair vs replacement, insurance claim, address, timeline — asked naturally, and the inspection lands on your calendar.
Asks for a person? It hands the call to you.
Your phone gets a text with the caller's first name, then it rings — then the next number on your list, in the order you choose. Nobody free? It offers a callback, or books the appointment.
Your cell rings once you have verified it in Settings.
Nothing is locked behind a connector.
Connect your calendar and bookings land in it. Connect your CRM and leads flow through. Connect neither and every feature still works — we keep our own record and you carry on. Connectors add; they never gate.
Today any CRM or lead source connects through Zapier, Make, or signed webhooks.
WordPress: one key, one script tag. Included on every plan.
Connections run through other companies' services. Their plans, settings and changes are outside our control, and if they change something on their side, a connection can stop until it is reconnected.
Google may show a warning screen while it reviews our app. Microsoft work or school accounts may need approval from your organization's IT administrator.
Our Zapier recipes use Webhooks by Zapier, which Zapier offers only on its paid plans.
Housecall Pro offers its Zapier connection only on some of its plans. Check your Housecall Pro plan. A paid Zapier plan is also needed.
Jobber offers Zapier on select plans. Check your Jobber plan. A paid Zapier plan is also needed.
Built for compliance peace of mind
An AI calling your leads is the industry's biggest legal risk. We built it backwards from that: compliance first.
Your customers' details stay yours.
The hours you can't call are the hours nobody else is working.
Someone finds you at 2am. Every other service in this category answers with a form and a wait. Night Window answers with a conversation — one question at a time — that qualifies them, says out loud that it is an AI, takes consent on the record, and books the appointment. Quiet hours end the phone call, not the interest: you wake up to a calendar entry that did not exist when you went to bed.
You're talking with Alder Roofing & Air's AI assistant
When works for the estimate visit?
No website? Your phone line is enough.
Most of your customers call. FirstFiveMin works from your phone number alone.
Will it ask my customers for reviews?
One review request, ninety days apart. Once you add your review link, the assistant sends a single text after an appointment that actually happened — and it will not ask that person again for ninety days.
Nothing offered in return, and nothing screened first. The request offers no discount, gift or credit, and the assistant never looks at how the appointment went before sending it — only that it happened.
You pay for AI conversations. Nothing else is metered.

How the plans are counted
Every plan includes every feature. Plans differ only in capacity: how many AI conversations the assistant has a month, and how many phone numbers you get.
No per-minute charges. Minutes are free, and so are unanswered calls and voicemails.
What an answered call costs.
Every conversation the assistant has with a person counts as one AI conversation — whether it books, answers a question, or is just a chat — even if the same person calls again. Unanswered calls, voicemails, short hang-ups and spam are free. Never per minute.
A call ends politely at ten minutes.
Not a phone system. The number you get from FirstFiveMin — or the shared FirstFiveMin number you start on — is a lead line, not a phone. Leads call and text it; the assistant answers, and it rings your own phone first when you want it to. You cannot dial out or type a text from it, and there is no inbox. Your phone, your carrier and your existing numbers stay exactly as they are — forward them here if you like, and take your FirstFiveMin number with you if you ever leave.
FirstFiveMin Text is a separate add-on at one price on every plan. See FirstFiveMin Text →
Pay for 10 months, get 12. Cancel within 30 days for a full refund; after that, the months you used are charged at the monthly price and the rest is refunded.
Pay for the year and get 2 months free. Never required.

Frequently asked
Is it legal for an AI to call my leads?
Yes, done right. The AI identifies itself, only dials with a recorded consent, honors STOP instantly, and respects quiet hours and state rules — all audited.
Does the AI replace my office staff?
No. Your team answers first inside the window; the AI only acts as a backstop when nobody can, and hands you the booked estimate.
Does it connect to my CRM?
Yes — Zapier, Make and signed webhooks.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month, no contracts. Cancel yourself from the billing page — no calls, no retention scripts — and you keep access through the period you've already paid for.
Will it ask my customers for reviews?
Once you add your review link, yes — one text after an appointment that actually happened, and not again for ninety days. It offers nothing in return, and it never looks at how the appointment went before sending. It only checks that it happened.
Also on every plan
Point it at one lead source and watch what happens.
Month-to-month, no contracts, no setup fee. If it doesn't book you anything, cancel from your Billing page and nothing else happens.

State exclusion: the AI assistant does not call numbers in Indiana (Ind. Code §24-5-14-5). State law requires a live operator to obtain consent before an automated device may deliver an artificial-voice message, so FirstFiveMin does not AI-dial there. Your team alerts and claim windows still work normally.
